Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you can expect to receive a product that closely matches the one shown in the picture. However, please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in design and color. We strive to ensure that you receive a beautiful and high-quality piece that meets your expectations.

How much do you charge for repair?

Minimal repairs can be done free of charge. We will assess the damage and inform you if there will be any charges. The shipping to and fro, for any repairs, will be on a chargeable basis.

Will I get a refund for a damaged or incorrect piece?

We will provide you with the procedure when you contact us with the details. In such cases, we will issue you a coupon that you can redeem when you place your next order with us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards through our online payment gateway. Additionally, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers and UPI are also available as payment options.

When will my order be dispatched?

Customized orders will take approximately 15-20 business days to dispatch, as we create each piece on demand. Ready-to-ship products will be dispatched in 3-7 business days.
